Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.

The Kjos waterfall in Norway.
To see this waterfal you take a tourist train that goes from Flåm to Myrdal and back to Flåm. Somewhere in the middle of the way the train stops on a platform and you can go out for a couple of minues. You see a gigantic waterfall. All of the sudden, you hear music and someone's singing beautifully. On a rock that is about 90 feet high, appears Huldra. Huldra is the wood nymph that is singing & dancing up there, waiting for her lover to arrive. It's absolutely incredible. If you ever get to visit Norway - you most definitely should! |
